As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.
Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a term used for a program to help you manage your medications and health conditions. Do you want to know how best to take your medications to get the most from your medications?. Would you like to have a complete list of the medications you take for your personal use?.
You may find that you have been prescribed a number of medications, and that you need to take them at different times of the day. It can be difficult to keep track of what medication you need to take and when. We offer a multi-dose packaging that bundles your medications together by date and time. For example, all your medications that are to be taken in the morning will be packaged together in one pack.

Rude. unprofessional. disorganized, lacking in seating for suitable social distancing. an elderly woman was using a seat, so the handicapped had to stand and wait. indefinately.
my script was supposed to be done at noon. i left work at 1:30to ;pick it up. one said, oh yeah, that's been here since 11. i thought that meant, it was done at 11, but no, that's when it was called in.
i waited, difficult standing, i'm handicapped, and waited, and finally said should i go grocery shopping> she said, we have it, it'
s just trying to get it to come around. what does that mean?
they didn't even start
