This is a terrible business lacking the integrity ro admit fault. Ken ordered and drop shopped me a set of custom pistons with the wrong bore and Orient is refusing to take the return because they were, “custom.” Clearly the senility in this office is only exceeded by a lack of integrity in standing behind their work. Out of Stock items don't say out of stock and its been 2 weeks without any confirmation of mailed items. I called them to find out that the item i ordered was out of stock. Had i known that then, i would have never placed my order. Now i have no choice but to wait. Better to buy somewhere more professional.

Either too busy to care, bad at what they do, or unorganized. The person i was in contact with eventually stopped answering
