We called about 15 companies, and this is the first company that not only had availability but they were reasonably priced as well! The tech came out, knew right away what the issue was. It's something we've experienced before and paid 3x what they charged. Fast. Courteous. Well priced! Thanks guys!

Horrible experience, service tech showed up stated valve was bad. Paid $640 for a new valve. Service tech left, 5 hours later heater gives out. No on call service after hours offered. Next day service tech shows up, stated previous tech should have offered new furnace instead of repairing. Didn't fix issue either, stated no parts avail. 3 days without heater during Xmas time, service tech showed up Monday, bright a used part which he stated was also giving out. Called management to resolve issue, spoke to Fernando to no avail. He stated not his fault part not working and old furnace installed in
