Terrible outcome. I even had 2 friends and my mom who went here as well and all had hair terrible outcomes. When I called many times to discuss the issue if no hair being removed I was told the owner Grace would contact me, she never did. When I called back I was then told they don’t have me as ever been there. What a joke. Terrible customer service.

I recently got a thread lift. After research I found this place. From beginning to end was a very nice experience. All my questions we’re thoroughly answered which made me feel very comfortable. The owner who treated me was very patient (I was very nervous) She made me feel very relaxed, the treatment was comfortable and I love my results! I’m already planning to do another area. I recommend thread lifts with the owner!

This place is just not good, at all. Bad injection products that did not work or the owner does not know how to give injections. Every time I was there the owner/Botox artist would tell you what and where your injection would go and ultimately it wasn't a good value or outcome. The only time the Botox injections worked with a good outcome is when they hired a new gal that took her time and gave the injections slowly and accurately, she worker there only 6 months. The owner of this salon just blows through her patients and does more talking about her family than concentrating on her job. The product

I’ve been doing face treatments as a skin care club member for 6mo now. Good value for the products and services. Lucy is nice, personable and does a good job. I’ve also done some Botox with Grace - she is nice and did a good job. I love to support small businesses and this is one of them. I would recommend the skin care club and both, Grace and Lucy to friends and family.
I gave 4/5 stars due to the upkeep of the facility. The craftsmanship of the walls, ceilings, painting and cabinetry is poor and mismatched. Seems odd for a place doing such nice services. A little unsettling when looking

I just moved to the area from overseas and have been calling around a while for a medspa I really liked. I found that even though other clinics were professional and experienced, many did not offer the latest aesthetic products, technologies and techniques. Grace is awesome! She will address your concerns honestly and offer treatments that actually work. She definitely knows her stuff and has a real eye for beauty. There are no gimmicks or pressure to buy unnecessary treatments. They also have great member-only promotions and give aways. This medspa is the real deal. Even if it can be difficult

Joules is truly amazing! Grace is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She truly cares about each and every client. I spent many of my days in a tanning bed when I was young and never took good care of my skin. When I finally decided I needed to start taking care of my skin, I had no idea where to start. My friend told me about Joules. I’m so thankful she did because after meeting Grace, I felt 100% she’d help me get the skin I felt confident in and she absolutely has done that! I can’t thank her and her staff enough for all of the care and the wonderful services that they provide.

Grace, along with all the other employees at Joules medspa are amazing!! They are so informative and helpful! I was so nervous going there my first time but Grace made the experience a breeze! It made it exciting to go back! I’ve been getting my lips done by Grace for awhile now and The only thing I’m upset about is that i didn’t start going sooner! If you are curious about this place.. You will not be disappointed with Joules! I started getting my laser hair removal done here over a year ago and have moved on to other services they provide. I recently got a PDO brow lift with threads to help even my brows out and Grace did an amazing job! I just started also receiving Botox and have been loving that as well. Grace and her team are amazing and I love this medspa! I would recommend them to anyone looking for Botox, filler, facials and threads!
