We truly believe that the relationship between our staff and patients is of utmost priority. Our office has been solely built by the old fashion way: "word of mouth". Dr. Briney doesn't believe in advertising and the most important way in building an ethical and professional practice is by creating trusting and personal relationships; hence why patients are on a first name basis with everyone.
These forms now comprise your electronic/digital chart. The office is completely paperless in order to create an ease of accessing your information immediately without looking for a physical paper chart. After reviewing the patient's medical history; digital radiographs are taken and an exam follows.
Prior to going to dental school, Dr. Briney had always wanted to have a private practice that was able to provide COMPLETE dental and oral healthcare to his patients. Dr. Briney decided to spend another year in a surgery residency following dental school which allows him to perform many different surgerical procedures that most offices don't.
Dr. Briney offers a completely new way to treat chronic PAIN i.e. TMJ Pain, Myofacial Pain Disorder, Migraine/Tension Headaches in order to provide a long term and sometimes permanent solution. Through Dr. Briney's post graduate maxillofacial surgery training and extensive training through multiple associations, he is able to offer a true facial makeover.

DO YOU NEED VENEERS? My husband went to four different dentists to inquire about veneers. When he met with Dr. Briney, and instantly had confidence in him, and his price was affordable.
My husband just got his veneers and they are absolutely stunning, they look and feel like real teeth. He does not have large fake-looking veneers. Dr. Briney made them perfect for his mouth. We've referred several of our friends and family to Dr. Briney and they are all pleased with his dental work. Dr. is honest and meticulous. His dental assistant Shy is fantastic! We highly recommend Dr. Briney!

I am re-writing this review. A with some dental issues they take a while to properly evaluate. Dr. Briney apparently cracked my molar in August 2019. He spent months with unnecessary "adjustments" grinding down the good enamel to cover up the jagged edge on that tooth and the one in front of it. I never had any pain before that time! After three dentistts, Dr. Eggleston, Dr. Stein and finally Dr. Buehler and two Endodontists, Buehler and Hsaio, of SC dental specialties confirmed the tooth was cracked. If someone (BRINEY OR ANOTHER DOCTOR) had put a crown on it last year, the tooth may

My husband and I went to Dr. Briney. He had a root canal and crown put on. After 6+ months of constantly going back in with major discomfort, Dr. Briney figured out he had developed an infection from an ill fitting crown (made in his office). He re-made it and treated him for his infection. Fast forward to now, still in pain, we went to a different dentist, we were told Dr. Britney's crown is garbage and now we're going to need to start all over. Needless to say, I would not recommend this dentist, we spent thousands, had dozens of appointments to try and fix the botch work and now we

A couple of the reviews here are concerning and I'm wondering if untrue. My husband, myself, daughter, son-inlaw, sister, brother inlaw and grandson have gone to Dr Briney for sometime now. The cleaning is the best hands down any of us have ever had!! Dr Briney is skillful and almost painfree in his procedures and very caring. He comes in for tooth emergencys when at all posible and gives back to the community. We think he and the women in the practice are great!!

Dr Briney is a great dentist. My insurance company sent me to him when I was having trouble at my previous dentist who couldn't get my crown done correctly. Dr. Briney took care of it the first time. I've been his client now for over 18 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
His Hygienist Carrie is a doll. She's so gentle and caring. I'm never nervous getting a cleaning.
The staff is always professional. The office is always clean and beautifully decorated.

Love Dr. Briney and his staff! I highly recommend them! Before choosing Dr. Briney to do my cosmetic dentistry I did extensive research, visiting dentists in 3 different states.
I have a lot of dental anxiety but I really wanted to change the look of my smile, so it was important to me to choose a dentist who is a combination of personable and an outstanding professional. Dr. Briney and Somer did their best to put me at ease during the process and the results are awesome! I've had other dental professionals tell me my veneers are the best looking they've seen! I am no longer self conscious

He tried....I guess is all I can say. Both my husband and I had the most painful cleaning ever there. I just couldn't even bring myself to go back. I was literally in tears and then was told I should go back 4x a year. No thanks. I had a cavity filled and went back and forth for almost 9 months having adjustments and getting it redone. Finally....went to two other dentists who said my guns are in great shape (no need for 4x a year) and the one I chose...fixed my tooth pain in one visit.

This dentist is a hack. Do not go to him. Dr. Brineys work is well below industry standards. All the work he did had to replaced within one year (3 crowns) One crown just fell out, he had not put a post in it. When I brought that that up to him, since I was out of town when it happened, he said he would fix it only if I showed him the crown that had fallen out (who keeps an old crown) The next one was so painful from the time it was put on, as he NEVER adjusted the margins, had to be replaced, and I had to get a dental implant. FYI, my insurance wouldn't cover a tooth that had been
