I gave my Sanitaire vacuum cleaner to this authorized point.
The workshop held the vacuum for 2 months, doing nothing.
Finally I took the vacuum cleaner and gave it to another Sanitaire authorized service in Riverside where it was repaired in less than two weeks.
I do not recommend this "specialist".

Yes, you are right that we have a pandemic and it's not hard to forget. I know some things take longer now, but you have to admit, two months is more than a little.
