Creations Unlimited Machining Inc. was established by Wes Rathi in 1989. He has over 32 years of machining experience, as well as, 22 years as a successful business owner within the Silicon Valley. Wes's two sons Dennis and Scott have joined Creations adding expertise in 5-axis programming and new innovative machining concepts that make Creations a step ahead!
Creations Unlimited offers various CNC machining services. From simple brackets to complex 5 axis parts, prototypes to low volume production. We have the people and equipment in place to get you your parts fast and done right the first time. Creations Unlimited's state-of-the-art 5 axis CNC milling facility mills prototype to low volume production machined parts.
With the overhaul of our quality department equipment, we now offer first article inspection services for either parts done in house or parts done by another supplier. Have a job that requires extremely tight tolerances and are afraid that a normal job shop might have difficulty checking or manufacturing?
1. Supplier notification is required in cases of nonconforming product, including arrangements for Creations Unlimited Precision Machining approval of supplier nonconforming material. 2. Supplier notification is required for changes in product and/or process definition including, where required, per Creations Unlimited Precision Machining approval.
Creations Unlimited's state-of-the-art 5 axis CNC milling facility can achieve an angular tolerance of X thousandths of a degree.
