Great place for delivery. Arrived 12 hours early was given a dock door and unloaded in an hour no questions asked. No overnight parking. There is a pilot down the road with about 15 spots and several make your own. There is a Walmart close by but doesn’t allow overnight however the Walmart in St Charles does and it’s about 10 miles away.

Our order had been at their distribution center for 6 days and we had not been notified. We had to track our order through their website to find out that it was even there and it said "waiting for appointment". So, we called and found out that they require an appointment to deliver it... we could have set up an appointment if anyone would have called us to notify us that our order had arrived! Then, they were rude and acted as if there was nothing wrong with not calling us. So, we set up an "appointment" for delivery. Their way of setting up an "appointment time" was to select a date and tell us

Pros:
- No damage to my package, delivery guys ok
- Heads up call 20min ahead
Cons:
- No appointment call, I had to call and schedule by myself
- Demar missed appointment window, and no call from them?
- I called them after 5h of waiting to check on ETA they promised to call back and No call again
- I called second time after an hour, they changed appointment window from morning to evening (nice after 6h of waiting they told me to wait 2 more hours :-) )
Bottom line is I got my package but waited for them from 10am and got my package delivered at 5pm :-( ... their are quite disorganized
