Our voices are more effective when joined by those of our peers and industry-leading experts. Networking and Collaboration: Alliance members are connected to a large base of home health, hospice and personal care agencies, and community partner businesses.
The term "home health" and "hospice" agencies often indicate that a provider is Medicare certified. A Medicare certified agency has met federal minimum requirements for patient care and management, and therefore can provide services under both Medicare and Medicaid. Individuals requiring skilled home care services usually receive their care from a home health agency.
Associate Members are individuals, companies, associations, educational institutions, or other organizations that support home care and hospice. Submit an Associate/Allied Membership Application or contact Laurie Belden to learn more about becoming a Member.
