Meadowbrook Place Assisted Living is a senior living community that is deeply involved and committed to improving the lives of our elders within our four walls and beyond. Baker City sits between the Elkhorn Mountain Range to the west and the Eagle Caps to the east, at the junction of three scenic highways that head out into the rugged wilderness of pristine lakes and mountain rivers.
Assisted Living provides services and amenities such as full-service dining, housekeeping, transportation, 24-hour staff in addition to variety of social opportunities. Our assisted living communities also provide discreet assistance with daily tasks such as medication reminders, bathing, incontinence care, dressing and assistance with getting to and from meals, activities and events.
Director, Suzanne Miller, has been with Meadowbrook Place since 1994 - first as an Assistant Director/Office Manager for 17 years before becoming Director of the community in 2011. Suzanne takes pride in the services Meadowbrook Place has been able to provide for seniors and people with disabilities throughout the 25 years they have been serving Baker County (the same county in which Suzanne was born and raised.)

Last summer it was evident Mom needed assisted living care, and it was without hesitation we selected Meadowbrook Place in Baker City. The entire staff is respectful, attentive, positive, and kind to their varied residents.
Beyond the medical care residents receive and is of primary importance to the individual’s family, Meadowbrook offers a full range of social activities, in-house amenities, and community involvement. Residents are respected and treated with dignity.
