Services
Mommy and Daddy let's go to 'nastics'! Participation in a parent-child class is a wonderful opportunity for the parent and child to spend time together. We offer an exciting program that is designed to help your child develop physically, mentally, and socially. Our Mini - Might's will learn basic gymnastics skills.
This is the battle cry of the Metro Mighty Mights as they take to the floor during our 45-minute preschool-age classes. Starting with our musical warm-up, we have these children moving, singing, and learning throughout the entire class. For Metro's three-year-olds, movement education is our emphasis.
The most enthusiastic and vital group at Metro has to be the great gang of kids who make up our developmental skill classes. Every afternoon the gym rocks with all of the girls who are learning and practicing fun gymnastic tricks at every station in the gym. Metro's 55-minute classes offer sound gymnastics education for all types of children.
For those children who would rather flip around on floor all day than swing on the bars or walk on the balance beam, Metro offers 55 minute Tumbling Classes. In these classes, we focus on learning how to perform and perfect a wide range of tumbling skills from walking on our hands to front flips and backhandsprings.
Our invitation only classes are designed to fast track your child to team. As always our philosophy remains the same through out each of our programs. We want the children to have a blast learning gymnastics but at the same time challenge them to be their best developing their emotional and physical well being.

I take the adult aerial silks class, it is a blast! It's a wonderful way to get a good workout while also learning a skill, my abs were sore for a full week following my first class! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a fun form of exercise. The women who attend are of all ages and skill levels, and are very inclusive to new comers.
