While I was working for other people, I learned very quickly how to spot a good company from a bad company and how to treat both customers and employees. As an apprentice, I soon learned what defines a good company - one which respects both customers and employees and takes pride in a job well done.
In 1982, I formed Mordini Enterprises (a part-time business) with the purchase of my first three flat rental property. Because the property needed work and I had no money to fix it up, I bought the tried and true Time Life Home Improvement book series to supplement what I had already learned and went to work.

We all have that ever growing list at home of the little things that need to be fixed, completed, installed or replaced - The Honey-Do-List. Unfortunately, there never seems to be enough hours in the day to tackle the list and it keeps growing. Mordini General Contracting offers handyman services. In fact, it was how I launched my business many years ago.

We couldn't be happy with Tom's work remodeling our kitchen! What seemed like an overwhelming project for us was handled expertly and professionally by Tom. Helping us select the most suitable materials and appliances for our project took a lot of the worry out of the equation. Tom Mordini has Recently remodeled my basement. When we moved in we were faced with a daunting task of having to tear everything down to the studs and do a full remodel of the basement into a usable playroom/theater. When Tom came in, he was very professional accurate with all of his Estimates. And his work was excellent. The job was completed faster than expected. We are very happy with the completed job. Dealing with Tom throughout the process made our lives much easier. I would gladly use Tom to do any project in my home.
