Had to get a new well drilled on my property and these guys did a great job. Kevin was great to deal with, and did a great job coordinating all of the work with the SEO for the septic work that also needs to be done on the property. The crew that showed up to drill and plumb the new well in were all professional and had decades of experience. I felt very comfortable having these guys install a new well and properly close out the old well. The pricing was also very fair when compared to the other well companies in the area.

Swank started our well for our new home but had to stop. When able to return, they never did. After 4 months, 4+ no shows, many phone calls to confirm status (initiated by us), we were strung along until we were forced to find another driller. While he initially answered calls and my family was understanding of the reasons given for the multiple delays, ultimately the duration of the delay, lack of professionalism and reliability, and misleading communication was disappointing and unacceptable. If he couldn’t do the job, he should have been honest. We lost months of time and lots of money waiting

No trouble getting the well drilled ( that was easy money part for them). They left our property dug up and full of holes and tire ruts and rocks and a well that was spewing orange water all over our property and into the creek. After a year of them saying "we will be there in two weeks" every time I called. they never showed up . I finally called him and told him I don't even want you here Im done with you. We wound up paying a local Plumber contractor another few thousand dollars to stop our overflow problems with a device called a "well packer" and to repair our yard damage and cap the well

After they were contacted about recapping our well it took them several months to come to our home to complete the job. It was not an emergency and did not need completed immediately but the problem was that they called multiple times saying they would be at our house the next day and then never showed up and didn't have the courtesy to call us to let us know. After the well was capped they left a huge hole in the yard. We called them to see when they would be filling the hole in and once again they gave us a day that they would be there and once again they didn't show up. They finally came about

We were trying to close on our house. Had my wife find a well company to clear up the water test. She went with Swank, the third co. She called, cause they said they understood the time crunch and said no problem. Well then they delayed and wouldn’t awnser their phone. I even went looking for them at their shop twice. When they did respond, their story changed and he accused my wife of misunderstanding what he said. An additional 48 hours later of angry realtors, they finally got done with the water test. Then the closing became rushed at 4:30 on a Friday and paper work was mismanaged. I blame
