About Us Report
Elko Glass Service is a family owned and operated business. It was established in 1980, in Elko, Nevada. Fred and Bonnie Howe opened Elko Glass Service in March of 1980, in a rented, one bay shop on West Commercial Street. Fred had been the owner of Reno Glass and Washoe Glass (both located in Reno), but sold both businesses in 1978.

A. We only need your vehicle for 2 hours if you have an appointment. If you do not have an appointment, and you are willing to leave your vehicle, we can work it in for you. A car never leaves Elko Glass Service with tape holding the windshield in. Our adhesive sets up in 45 minutes and will meet all crash test safety standards so you and your occupants will be safe as soon as you leave our shop.

Outstanding and experienced service!! From the the owner , front desk receptionist, and to the guys who fixed my windshield. I was in an accident and it was an emergency. And they left me in confidence and took care of it. They were short staffed and were overworked but you couldn't tell , true professionalism. They know how to keep Thier customers. Tell them I sent you.

Fast efficient had windshield for my Ford Ranger 1995 pickup truck in stock windshield came with the rear view mirror Mount which was nice. Even left a t-shirt in the truck. For doing business with them. Definitely would recommend to others. By appointments only.

On our way to Elko I hit an object causing the windshield to crack up and almost break. I drove from Owyhee to Elko Glass (90 miles) to receive an amazing quality windshield replacement. 10/10 would recommend without doubt!!

These people are great! Did a great job and had a fan club. Several older women came in and out visiting and delivering treats. Was glad I had chosen to get my windshield replaced here. Would HIGHLY recommend!

They did a good job on my Toyota FJ but it wasn't cheap. They also did my Ford F350 and it wasn't quite as expensive. So far all is great with both vehicles. I will use them again when needed.
