This business was hired to take a party of 16 from a residence, to a bar to surprise a person celebrating a birthday, out to dinner, back to the original residence, and then each party goer home as they wanted. If we wouldn't have called, we would never have gotten anyone to pick us up. They gave us an excuse that the driver never showed up. They never picked up the 16 people at the original residence causing everyone to drive to the bar and leave vehicles in parking lots over night.
