Getting a mortgage can be a bit overwhelming, but let's just go over a couple of questions we commonly hear. Remember, we're with you from start to finish and will be happy to answer any other question you may have and will make this process as painless as possible. People have different goals for refinancing their home.
At Two Rivers Mortgage Company Inc, we're a broker. Here's why that's important to you and why we're different than your bank or credit union. Local banks do not have that many options available to you. This is based on their board of directors comfort level with taking risk. You will find that some will only offer you 20% down payment purchase and refinance loans and only if you have a really good credit score.
We are here during business hours, but we realize that you're working too. If you need to meet with us in the evening or the weekend, just let us know and we'd be happy to make an appointment. If you live outside of the Illinois Valley area, we'd be happy to work with you through online applications, phone, text, email, and Zoom.

We tried asking our previous lender and bank about refinancing. Both were not helpful and not professional. Our bank did not even try to keep our business. To say Aaron and Alexandra made it easy is an understatement. They were so helpful and patient with all of our questions.

With the housing market booming like it is and interest rates being so unbelievably low I understand how busy most Mortgage Companies are. It is no excuse for letting basic customer service fall to the wayside. I was lost in the shuffle with two other Mortgage Companies while doing a simple refi for my home. Two Rivers rose to the occasion and treated me like I mattered. I may not have had the biggest deal but they sure made me feel like I did!

Had a great experience with Two Rivers Mortgage Company with my home refinance loan. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional throughout the loan process.
