Being injured at no fault of your own can be tough enough. Fighting for your rights and the compensation you deserve is our attorneys' goal, first and foremost! Police brutality is one of several forms of police misconduct involving police officers' abuse of violence. At Abramson & Denenberg we stand up for our clients' rights when the police overstep their legal authority.
For residents in Pennsylvania who live in the Philadelphia area, an encounter with the police can be a tense and anxious event. While there are many police officers who are well-intentioned and law-abiding, there are also those who grossly abuse their power - often at the expense of the very people they are sworn to protect.
Bars and nightclubs in Pennsylvania have legal responsibilities to keep patrons safe and - to a certain extent - responsible. Establishments must take steps to prevent fights and to avoid overserving alcohol to customers who may subsequently be involved in drunk driving accidents. They must also take reasonable security measures to keep customers safe.
Going through the criminal appeals process is incredibly stressful for everyone involved. Those who have received a criminal conviction may feel hopeless or like they are out of options. At Abramson & Denenberg, P.C., we understand how difficult the criminal process can be. Those who have been convicted have the opportunity to appeal the conviction.

Alan Denenberg from Abramson & Denenberg was definitely a beacon of hope when I needed an attorney to handle a civil issue with a large corporate airline company at a time when my options appeared to be limited. I was referred to Mr. Denenberg by another attorney from another law firm who apparently knew that if anyone could help me Alan could. Not only was Alan able to help, he also showed empathy with my situation and always had a calm demeanor throughout my case. He understood my concerns and kept in contact with me periodically with updates to keep me fully informed of what was taking place

Alan and team are amazing. He went above and beyond for my case. The outcome far exceeded any expectations I had. Alan took the time to explain every step in the case to me in detail and was always available when I had any questions or concerns. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his law firm. I would recommend him for any case!

Allan is an exception human being. I was extremely confident that he had my best intrest and would ensure that I be compensated for and damages I had experienced. He went above and beyond anything that I could ever imagine an attorney would do for me. He was very personal and very honest with me. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who not only needs an attorney but wants to be a part of a warm and friendly family type of atmosphere. The entire team was GREAT!!!!!

This firms Atty Alan Denenberg botched my case by missing the filing deadline and allowing the statute of limitations to lapse. As a result I was barred from recovery on numerous claims and my case was virtually ruined. I am also a lawyer and can say with confidence that Alan Denenberg is the least accountable and most incompetent attorney I have ever met. His incompetence is shining most brightly where- in the same breath- he admits missing the statute of limitations and then basically says its no big deal because we can still bring one claim (despite the majority of the more substantive claims
