They let my contract expire because they no longer service my area.
That would be fine except they never notified me, and when I needed a response for a septic alarm they did not return my messages. I was ignored for a week before finally reaching someone by calling.
So now I still have a septic alarm and I’m out of compliance with the county.

I would not recommend this company to come service your system. I was told that it is there common practice to send a service technician to your residence with no notice or prior schedule. This is after I noticed my welder and chain saw missing from my garage. I have no proof but I live in the country and our residence is secluded. The coincidence is just to great. I was treated by the admin/office person as if it was my fault these items went missing. I asked for the owner to call me and never heard from no one.
