Services
In 1925 Pella began making stylish wood windows that would endure for years. Today we're also known for all shapes and sizes of unique, durable fiberglass and vinyl windows. You can also rely on us for beautifully crafted entry and patio doors. And, Pella windows and doors offer energy-efficient options that meet or exceed ENERGY STAR certification in all 50 states and in Canada.
Add architectural intrigue to your home with awning windows from Pella of Kingston. Normally installed above or below other windows, awning windows have hinges at the top and open and shut through the turning of a handle. They're just right for bringing extra light into a room and letting fresh air in.
Windows can make your basement more visually pleasing and offer added safety. Large basement windows, sometimes referred to as "egress windows, " from Pella of Kingston let more light into underground rooms than the older, smaller, rectangular windows that sit above ground. They also provide a way to get out if there's an emergency.
Our vinyl, fiberglass or wood options are available in various combinations. Or, you can customize them with a variety of angles and sizes. Bay windows are usually created from three windows: a fixed window with your choice of venting windows on each side. These windows form a 30- or 45-degree curve, depending on the style that fits your clients most.
Casement windows from Pella of Kingston open and close effortlessly with the turn of a handle. When the handle isn't in use, it collapses away neatly so it doesn't get in the way of your home's window treatments. Our casement windows feature high-quality operating arms and hinges that avoid rust and corrosion, ensuring years of trusty operation.

I called about a lock for my door. I didn't have any information on the door. The lady who I spoke to was absolutely amazing and just such a sweet person. She was able to help me identify the door on video chat and order the correct part. I will never use another company for windows and doors I highly recommend them to anyone and the coverage you get is incredible!

Don't waste your time with this showroom. My husband and I were excited to finally go in person to see the products, colors, options, etc. and I had a list of questions to ask. I was at the very least hoping to leave with paint chips and a paper brochure, after having spent hours looking at the online brochures and websites. We left with nothing, did not see any of what I was hoping to have a look at, and were told to maybe try Lowe's. I left frustrated and very annoyed by the whole experience. We now have no idea if we even want Pella doors anymore because we don't know where to start.

We recently had some of the Windows replaced in our house. From the start, we have had a good experience, beginning with the sales representative who was well prepared and knew the product and the pricing, including advertised discounts well. I was really sold when the sales rep brought a sample window in to demonstrate the quality of the product and its features.
After the initial sale, another technician showed up to measure the Windows more precisely since all windows are manufactured afterwards and are not stock items. An installation dare was then scheduled.
