I have been going to Dr. Cox for several years now. Everyone from the front office to the MA’s are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr Cox is wonderful, knowledgeable and is very concerned about my health. I am a retired Physician Assistant and I practiced medicine until I became ill and was forced to retire. I only see doctors who are caring and practice medicine as I have. Dr Cox is everything I want and need in a provider especially with the way he practices.

His staff is THE BEST MEDICAL STAFF EVER!!! Dr. Cox is amazing with my grandpa! He always smiles and shows genuine care not just NEXT! The ladies in his office are also caring and funny too! From the time you walk through the doors you feel from the staff that your care is important to them. Dr. Cox was very friendly. He made you feel that what ever is wrong that he will figure it out. He listened to what I had to say and respond in a professional and caring way. This was my first visit to this office. So far I highly recommend this practice and staff to anyone needing foot and ankle care.

I had a appt @ 2:00 p.m and things were great that day until I left. I had such a terrible drive going there and was so lost. The young lady had stayed on the phone helping me get there when I was close.
I ended up being 45 minutes or so late. They all were so understanding and kind. I felt very comfortable and eased.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Cox and his staff. Was referred there by my primary care doc, and didn't know anything about the clinic. They got me an appt. within 10 days of the referral and there was no wait time once I arrived for my appt. Dr. Cox was one of those doctors who treats you like an equal, rather than someone inferior. It's sad that that's so rare, but it is. He listens well, explains things thoroughly, and doesn't rush to recommend treatments you don't yet need. I highly recommend him. Everyone in the office was friendly, efficient, competent. Five stars!

This is the second time that I’ve seen Dr. Cox. He really seems to care about his patients. What I appreciate most is that he offers conservative options to treatment rather than jumping straight to something more extreme. In my experience, that’s not the case with many MDs. He is thorough, and I don’t feel rushed during my appointments as he allows time to answer any questions I may have. All of his staff are both friendly and efficient.
