Has great facilities (i.e., bathhouse, laundry, cafe & pool (closed after Labor Day), pavilion with various grills and tv, trash pick up) and nice staff that could make this a great place, unfortunately they have a lot of full-time renters that make the place feel like a trailer park...all kinds of stuff like freezers, old tires, etc. stacked around their area. Not a sight you want to look at while vacationing. And many sites are not as wide as advertised. They have a lot of people driving into sites to drain black/gray tanks on Sunday and then leave, and lots of public traffic coming through to

It turns out that you may book your RV spot and then- Mr. Kromsky and Kaiser take your deposit and then they cancel your reservation and you cannot get your refund.
Word of caution- stay away! It's been 4 months! And we are still trying to get our money back!
They blame computers and the overbooking. But everyone knows it doesn't take much to refund a deposit via Zelle, Venmo or write a check!

Pulled in on Friday after hours and was told there was a overnight package box for late arrivals and my site location and info would be in there. There was no packet with our name so I called the only number and got “if it’s after hours we are closed” left message hoping someone would check and call back. I had called and notified them I would be a late arrival also and happened to mention would you know what site? The guy mentioned site 98 but said it would be confirmed in the packet that was not. I went to 98 and it was vacant so I setup and awaited a call. No one ever called- stopped by

We were pleased with our stay of almost 2 months. The park is very clean, not just the indoor facilities, but also the outside grounds, and the pool is also kept clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful with resolving an issue that came up. The only negative comment is the water pressure was extremely low.

We are new to camping, and decided to stay at Lakeview RV Resort for our first couple of trips because of its proximity to our home. We really enjoyed our stay here. We selected the large sites for both of our trips here. The large sites have plenty of room for our travel trailer and my truck. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The common spaces are very clean and well maintained. We also ate at the small Lakeview grill that they have during our stay. The food was very good. The kids also enjoyed the pool that they have there. Overall very pleased with this campground and we will be back for

We stayed in the cabins 5/23/21. Great experience!! The owner/staff were extremely helpful. We arrived late on a Sunday evening after booking online just a few hours earlier. The online booking system made a small error (since corrected 🙂) that had us in too small of a cabin. When we arrived they scrambled to prepare a larger cabin for us when I’m sure everyone was already relaxing for the night. Thanks again!!
The cabin itself was basically brand new. Very clean. They are not huge but the layout is very functional and efficient. Full kitchen with oven, stove top, microwave, and full refrigerator

Amazing staff makes this place worth the stay. Plenty of sites, gravel spots, level with a grass island between. Cabins are a great options as well. Newly installed play park for the kids, daily trash pick up, propane sales and snacks in the gift shop. Gonna miss these guys! Close to Bristol Motor Speedway and the lake is just down the lane. Beautiful sunrises with a mountain backdrop just up the way.

This place has went to hell in a hand basket, thanks to Angel, the park manager. Her attitude and lack of professionalism is obvious and she needs some Meds to control her bipolar personality. Do not waste your time or money. There are other parks in the area that have more to offer. The office is open until 4 pm 6 days a week and there is only one guy who works there. The owner should take care of this business much better than he does...., or doesn't.

Overall we are disappointed with our stay at Lakeside RV Park. Positives were; the clean restrooms/showers, proximity to recreational activities and speedway, and friendly staff. Negatives were; it looked more like a trailer park than an RV Park, many pets roamed unleashed, mowing and trimming were inadequate, the pool was closed for about a week, no activities, the web page advertises a beautiful lake which doesn't exist, Wi-Fi was lacking to non-existent, the office/store closed at 4pm every day (occasionally at 3pm) and was closed on Sundays. Their efforts were geared toward raceweek otherewise
