Words can’t express how happy I was with Jumping Fiesta. They save the day for me I had hire another moon Walk person but, they cancel last minute so I call jumping fiesta and they were able to help me out. Thank you guys for y’all’s great service. Definitely I will be calling you again.

AMAZING service, communication, & price! We had almost a completely different order until 2 days before our party when rain popped into the forecast. We ended up calling them, explaining our predicament, and they helped us get a new package worked out within budget! Without them our entire party would have been cancelled. Cannot speak highly enough of Jumping Fiesta Rentals.

Lady was very rude and not helpful over the phone. My parents still decided to rent a bouncy house through them even with the lack of customer service. On the day of the rental they ended up mis-communicating the delivery time. Very poor follow up and service.

Got my delivery 2 and half hours late on my son's birthday. They said they were going to deliver the night before but never came. I sent them my deposit and shortly afterwards they weren't returning or answering my calls.

This was my first time using this place, and I will never use them again. They called to see if they could deliver my rental a day early. Being that it was the holiday weekend, I said of course and expected a delivery mid day on Saturday. They called me and told me they were on their way, and never showed up. I waited at home all day, until finally I called and the girl told me that she had to call and find out when my deliver would arrive. She never called me back, and eventually after I had called and left voicemails along with texting, she finally let me know that they would come first thing

The process of booking a rental is simple and easy. The communication skills of the office and employees is lacking. I was told our rental would arrive “first delivery” on the morning of our event. I booked it for a start time an hour before the event started. The rental arrived 45 minutes late. Despite multiple attempts at calling the office, I was never told it would be late.
