Specifically asked rates. Was told $100 an hour and they don’t mess around like other companies when they show up. Was charged $280 when tech was here for less than 2 hours. Never told about a charge for travel time. No paperwork explaining charges, nor a receipt.

Scott and his team installed a 7-unit mini-split Samsung system and a water heater in our home. They did a great job and we are enjoying the mini-splits which provide quick heating and cooling for each room independently (less energy waste). Scott and his team are super helpful and very professional and get the job done on time. They kept us posted every step of the way. Highly recommended!!!

Scott Singletary at Air Care NM is the best! He recently installed a Mini Split system in our house. He listened to what we wanted and provided options that would work for us. We chose a system and he proceeded with the installation. He completed the job expertly, expeditiously, and neatly. And his price was more than fair. I highly recommend Scott for your heating/ac service and installation.
