They don’t want your business. I called and they told me it would take 2 months to get a quote. After not hearing from them, I called them in the morning to get a timeframe, at 4:40 pm the business day before the quote, they informed me that I am not on the schedule and that the estimator is on vacation.

Sweetwater Irrigation serviced both our sprinkler system and replaced a shut off valve. The technician showed up the exact day and time as promised, was extremely knowledgeable, helped me to understand the problem, and was efficient in making the repair and adjustments as well as being very courteous and professional. A few weeks later, I had a question and called the company. I received a quick response/ phone call back. We are very pleased and will use and highly recommend Sweetwater Irrigation.

Wanted an estimate on fixing our sprinklers. Set an appointment early in April they no showed. Got a call the following day. Reset the appointment for the following week. No showed again. No call this time. Waited another ten days gave them a call. Woman on the phone apologized. Would NOT recommend this company. If they can't even call to reschedule they are worth spending hundreds of dollars to do anything. Poor business practices.
