Had my car seat redone. They matched it perfect. You can't even tell it was redone. Stitching and bead around seat was the same as passenger seat. Being a 10 year old car they did a great job. They will give you options to fix, whatever you need to fix. They're really busy, and it's by appointment only. It's worth the wait though. The cost was half of what the dealer wanted.

I tried to get an estimate done for a bench seat. First, their e-mail went out, which is understandable, everyone has technical difficulties every now and then. But i kept getting told they would take a look at the pictures i sent and send me back an estimate, which never happened. After about 2 weeks of nothing i tried e-mailing them for an update...no response... then i tried calling several times over a span of a few days...every call would get forwarded after 3 or 4 rings to the voicemail... Dont want my work, thats cool, but a heads up saying you are too busy or something would have been nice

I am looking to have work done on my 2004 VW convertible.
I spoke to Kevin who called himself the manager and first was told that he would have the owner Ray call me back. That of course never happened. I then called back a week later and happened to get Ray on the phone. I explained to him what I was looking to do and Ray told me to bring the car in any time so he can take a look at it and when I got there to call him to let me in. I drove the car to them during regular business hours and since the gate to get in was locked I called as directed and Kevin answered. I asked for Ray and was refused

I took two chairs here to get a quote for repairs. The man that helped me was very knowledgeable and honest about the quote for the work and even recommended that with the level of damage we consider getting new chairs. Needed the headliner on my sedan replaced on pretty short notice before a road trip.
