Our practice is a boutique Aesthetics Clinic and Anti Aging practice located in Knoxville, TN. We are a small, family owned and operated business focusing on Injectables, PRP, Microneedling O-Shot, Cellulite reduction and more. We offer a personalized one-to-one experience between Doctor and Client that allows us to focus all our attention on getting the absolute best cosmetic results for our clients.
I was looking (and feeling) old & tired. As I was sick of these places who use nurses with a 6-week aesthetics certificate as their main injector, I found Bello Aesthetics literally by fate last week. I have been getting botox for over 10 years. I have been to 89% of Medispas in this town, as well as ones in Atlanta, West Palm & Chicago.
Botox, a product marketed by Allergan, Inc, is a potent neurotoxin derived from bacterium Clostridium botulinum and has a controlled paralyzing effect on muscles it is injected into. It is used in several clinical applications to control muscle spasms and treat migraines but is most commonly known to smooth fine lines and wrinkles on the face for a period up to 3 months.
Dermal Fillers are Hyaluronic Acid based injectable products used for cosmetic procedures. Hyaluronic Acids are compounds found naturally in the human body and are therefore safe for human use. Dermal Fillers can be used for a variety of different applications such as adding volume and shape to lips, refilling cheek volume lost due to aging, filling in deep lines and wrinkles and treating tear troughs.
The DiamondGlow device is the most advanced Dermabrasion machine available and offers patients dermabrasion, extraction and serum infusion simultaneously in one noninvasive skin resurfacing treatment! Though it was previously available as the wildly popular "DermalInfusion" the DiamondGlow, now carried by SkinMedica/Allergan - the makers of Botox and Juvederm dermal fillers, has been supercharged with the addition of SkinMedica Signature Serums.

Always the best! I have tried other places in Knoxville, including the supposedly best for botox and no one comes close to Dr Bello. I've seen him multiple times and he never fails me. He's professional, great communicating skills, experienced, and knows exactly what you need. He doesn't push thousands of dollars of procedures on you, he only does exactly what you need! If you truly want the BEST injector in Knoxville then honestly you'd be crazy not to make an appointment with Dr Bello and get your best face forward! Dr. Bello and his son worked as a team to help me feel confident in their procedures. They spent thorough time considering which treatment was right for me and my budgets! Dr. Bello walked me through the whole process and let me take a look throughout. He is very skilled and has a large background in the medical industry and was able to adhere to my medical problems during treatment! An esthetician and a DR all in one! I had a such a wonderful experience! Dr. Bello knew that the gummy smile treatment would achieve better results than the lip flip which I originally asked for. My results were exactly what I was hoping for, and he knew exactly how much would suit my face. With combined discounts my treatment even ended up being completely free. I couldn’t be happier!

Dr. Bello is amazing!! I had my lips done for the first time and I’m glad that I went here because they all made the experience so nice. Not scary at all, the place is so clean and well taken care of. His wife is awesome, sweetest woman ever. It was an absolute pleasure meeting her! And the guy receptionist was super kind and made the check in process extremely easy and quick. I highly recommend coming here.

I have been to Dr Bello’s office twice for lip fillers. I was referred by a friend. I like Dr Bello because he takes his time, doesn’t rush and listens to your goals on the look you’re trying to achieve and does his best to help you get there! Amazing work!! And he follows up with you after the procedure as well. Would definitely reccomend .
