From the start of my referral to Dr. Bhatia's office I have had nothing but problems leading up to and including my visit with the doctor. After over 3 months waiting for the doctor to "accept" my referral after being approved by the insurance, I tried SEVERAL times to get an appointment over the phone and ended up driving to the office to get an appointment. The receptionist was rude, dismissive and even raised her voice to me. On the day of my appointment I checked in at 2:25 for my 2:45 appointment with the same receptionist as before. She failed to check me into the system, even though she

Been here 10yrs. And never once have had a problem with scheduling, app. dates anything... Best Doctors office I’ve ever been to... Doctor Baker is awesome and friendly and doctor Bhatia has made the whole 10yrs a joy, when it comes to doctors offices... There easy fast and handle everything... I NEVER leave reviews, for ANYTHING. However, I am moving away from Fresno and felt the need to thank David Baker of Neuro Pain Center. I have been David's patient for several years and he has been NOTHING but professional, compassionate, and an excellent health care provider. As a person that suffers from multiple issues that cause chronic pain, I have had to deal with so many doctors that treated me as if I were only in there care for medication. David has listened to me, worked with me, and helped me to have...if not a pain free life, at least a level of quality that I wouldn't

This review is behind schedule but want to share my experience at this office. I used to see Dr.Bhatia then he moved me over to His assistant David Baker.The last time I went in with an excruciating migraine, and had been vomiting. I saw David Baker you can only imagine how I looked if you have ever seen anyone with a migraine, and vomiting probably look horrible. He scolded me for coming in looking like a you know what. Dr. Bhatia is great I see Dr. Baker too they both are very nice and care about us patients the staff however are the most incompetent group I have ever met. The one star is just for the scheduling staff. They have rescheduled appointments without my consent. When I call to figure out what happens they are quick to accuse me of calling and rescheduling... Um NO I have my call history I know I didn't call you this week so stop changing my appointments we got that appointment moved after they finally got an ear full from me now it's two weeks later and they call me 20 minutes before they

I had been a patient for about 10 years. The doctors are kind and very helpful but the staff is more concerned about collecting co-pays and other "fees." Beware - they do not call to remind about appointments, and will bill you for any "missed" appointments. In fact they won't let you see the doctor until you pay first. Since the office is not part of a group, there is no one to complain to. When they said I had to pay a "no show" fee of $25 before I could see the doctor, they refused to bill me and I didn't have my checkbook with me. I have an expensive
