Live Better Chiropractic started in 2015 after Dr. Joe Schneiderbauer graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic and married his wife, Shanna. Opening the practice in the Sauk Valley has allowed Dr. Joe and Shanna to give back to the community that once gave to them. Because Dr. Joe is driven by helping the youth, the chiropractic care practice has evolved into serving pediatric members, expecting mothers, and families.

I came to Live Better in Sept. 2020 after having my second baby. I had severe lower back pain, which made it difficult to care for my children and live my everyday life. Live Better was willing to work with me and very understanding on what I could afford. I can tell a huge difference in my back, body and overall health since coming to Live better. Now, with a 3rd baby on the way, I'm even more thankful that I've found a place that honestly cares. Dr. Joe and his team are so wonderful, and they continue to learn and look for better ways to help their patients. I highly recommend them.

At first I was iffy when I called and made my first appointment when they said they were kid friendly because most places like this you wouldn't think that but they took it to a whole other level. They are very welcoming to my husband and I but even more so to our kids. Dr Joe and the rest of the staff get very involved not only with our kids but the other children I've seen there as well by playing and talking to them, will get them involved if able with their parents care/adjustments. The staff even helps keep an eye on the children while you are with the doctor. They are absolutely amazing!

I brought in my 14 month old daughter who was struggling with constipation and wasn’t quite walking yet. She hasn’t even been going a month and I have already seen major improvements. She is starting to have regular bowel movements that she doesn’t struggle to get out and she is now walking all over the place. I am so amazed by her progress so far. My only regret is that I didn’t bring her in sooner. Dr. Joe and his staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond for their patients.

Dr. Joe is very welcoming to all of his patients. My son has been getting adjusted from the time he was born to almost two years later and I am blown away with his development over the two years. Dr. Joe is saving lives by the touch of his hand. He strives to be the best for his patients and works very hard to continue his education in what he does.
