Services
Since 1985, our president has garnered experience in the welding and machining field working on a variety of projects ranging from simple metal fabrication to complex welded assemblies and heavy equipment refurbishment to steam valve and nuclear power plant repair. In 1996 we opened our facility in North Georgia with the goal of meeting our customer's metal working needs in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Plate Laser Cutting and Press Brake forming of sheet metals is a large part of what we can do here at North Georgia Fabrication. We utilize the latest in Trumph Fiber Laser Technology. Our Trumph TruLaser 2030 4kw Fiber Laser can handle sheets up to 60" x 120" and 1" thick. This plate laser can cut carbon steel up to 1" thick, Stainless steel up to 3/4" and Aluminum up to 3/4" thick.
North Georgia Fabrication and Machine is a 9,000 square foot facility nestled in the foot hills of North Georgia. Every job that enters our shop gets the personal attention that each customer expects from a small metal fabrication company. Our welding shop capabilities include the weldingand machining of various carbon steel, and stainless steel along with aluminum alloys utilizing SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and spot welding process.
