I notified my Realtor when I would arrive from Kansas by car. We drove for 23 hours in four days. She told me my house keys would be at the Real Estate office. When I arrived on July 5th, my Agent was not there and staff had no idea where my house keys were. I waited for over two hours worrying that I would have to find a hotel room for the night. Finally, office staff got keys from the Seller's Agent. No apology or explanation was ever given by my Agent for this lack of follow through.

Very unprofessional help. I called to set up a simple house viewing, first they reschedule it to later in the week, and when the time came for the viewing, they didnt show up so i contact them and they had forgot it was at the scheduled time, and failed to let me know that the house had been sold already! I had the money to finally buy the house i wanted, but thanks to ming tree real estate, and the incredible employee who screwed me over, i wasnt able to. So thanks a lot ming tree.
