Not happy at all with place. Do not ever try to take advantage of their buy back program. They will try and steal your hot tub. I purchased and paid $500 for a hot tub cover in March of 2021 and was still waiting for the cover in August. I told them I really would like to get rid of my hot tub as we did not use it but a couple a times a year. They told me they had a buy back program. We purchased the hot tub from them and had used them for all our chemicals as well as using them for any needed service. They sent a service person out and was told it was in good shape. We bought our first jacuzzi from them after getting recommendations from others in our area. They were so helpful to help us customize what we wanted and what our needs were. They installed it and explained how to use it for an hour. We are so happy we went with them because they will repair it if needed and it has a two year warranty. Best decision ever! From design to completion, John and his team were absolutely amazing! Installation was on schedule and more importantly no hidden costs or fees. Standard materials were high priced optional materials at other pool installers; only the best up front. Thank you backyard Oasis for creating our backyard paradise!
