PLEASE DO NOT take your car here. THEY ARE TAKING MY REVIEW DOWN BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE WRONG. This place is extremely unprofessional. Stay away unless you want them to create additional damage to your car & make you come back 3+ times for additional repairs.
I brought my car here because I got in an accident and they had good reviews, BIG MISTAKE. They did NOT fix everything I pointed out when I first dropped it off, resulting in me having to take the car back 2 times. Valley collision was absolutely amazing, my 180,000 mile Lexus GS 350's bumper, quarter panels and hood were destroyed with little rock chips. They gave me the option to replace everything new and an option to paint and refinish everything and i chose the ladder of the two, I'm so glad i did!! It looks absolutely mint and wasn't to expensive. 10/10

During a recent snow event our Honda got wrapped up in a three car chain collision. We were struck from the rear. Valley Motors is the shop we chose, and a great choice it was. The shop manager Andy was welcoming, professional, thorough, and efficient in assessing the damage, drafting a preliminary estimate for the insurance adjuster, and working with the adjuster to ensure that all damage (visible and hidden) was repaired and returned to pristine condition. Unlike some shops we've used in the past, the finishing work can not be told apart from the original paint; the match is flawless. No doubt

I was in a bad accident right before Christmas and the entire front passenger side of my car was crunched The passenger front door could not open and the hood could not be lifted without fear of cracking the windshield. The insurance was talking about totaling out my car , I was so depressed. However, Troy was and is totally amazing and awesome! He saved the "life" of my car and made it look brand new again ! For about $4000 less then what most other places quoted me. I almost started to cry when I saw how great of a job Troy did repairing my car and he kept me updated the entire time!

I had an accident with my truck and the entire back driver side was dented in. My dealership recommended Valley Collision. I gave them a call and they quickly picked up my truck with a flatbed truck (which I appreciated) and worked seamlessly with my insurance to get my truck fixed. It was a labor intensive job, and took a little over a month. I also added some work (had the trim painted black to match the car) and it was done beautifully. We did have a hiccup with the gas tank, and some spots on the bumper that needed to be redone, but they made it right, and fixed these minute things without

So I pulled out half my bumper and was stressing over it to the point of tears on how to get fixed ASAP.. & Especially how much it would be to get it fixed so i could drive without a worry. Of all the shops Ive contacted trying to get it fixed asap, Valley Collision resoonded within 10 mins and told me to bring it in when I could. I took it in and Brandon fixed it up, eased my worries, assured me if anything were to happen to come back and he'd help me out again, and had me on my way! First off, let me say that these guys are the best in customer service. Have a problem, bring it up, they will listen. I have taken my car into them 3 times, each time they've done great. They took a busted up car, and made it beautiful again. Check the pictures, you be the judge. One thing to note, if your insurance made you go through a body shop for an estimate, and you don't like the repair shop (cough* cough* Abbra), they will do the repairs based off the estimate.

I had a flawless experience with Dent Master; they were fast, high-quality, and were the cheapest price by far of the body shops I called. Their office is also loaded with customer service awards and Gephardt Approved signs...they've gone out of their way to show their reliability.

They are highly recommended by Larry H Miller. My mom needed a dent fixed on her Lexus that she caused by sheer stupidity... Or I can be a little nicer and just blame her bad driving skills on the fact that she's Asian.
Note- do not let your 15 year old daughter get behind your new 55,000 dollar car. My mom has hopefully learned her lesson.
