Mary was professional and non-judgmental of my skin. I came to have a mole removed, and the entire procedure went swiftly (the appointment took around 30 minutes in total).
She didn't try to push any products or additional services onto me, which I greatly appreciate. You don't feel nervous talking to her since she's very down-to-earth.
Update: In case anyone was wondering about the outcome of the removal , I followed the aftercare instructions and the scab came off naturally. There was a slight red spot left behind, but after doing my normal skincare routine for 3-4 weeks, it's gone too. Now

Mary is the absolute best in her industry. I came to her with horrible acne breakouts and scarring that I felt was untreatable and I also had a yellowish pigment in my face. I felt very uncomfortable in my skin. She has been patient & thorough in her treatments and I am AMAZED at the results. She has brought life back to my skin and my scarring is almost completely gone. When you meet Mary she has a vibrance about her and you can tell that she truly is passionate about what she does. Sure, you may be able to find cheaper treatments out there but you will never be able to find better customer service
