Great customer service! I always love walking into the store. When my grandmother had given me a locket and bracelet set that was given to her by my grandfather, I took it into Bauer's to be cleaned. It's great to know that they do not send off their jewelry to be cleaned or repaired. Amazing!

With the price they charged my husband for my Christmas gift the necklace chain was cheap and didn't even have a lobster claw clasp. Beautiful thought from husband. Disappointed in quality

Mr. Bauer fixed my engagement ring for a very reasonable price, and he did a great job! My ring looks better than it did before. He cleaned it and made it shine. We will return to Bauer Jewelers for other jewelry repairs and cleaning.
