Office workers massaged regularly were more alert, performed better and were less stressed than those who weren't massaged. Massage therapy decreased the effects of anxiety, tension, depression, pain, and itching in burn patients. Abdominal surgery patients recovered more quickly after massage. Premature infants who were massaged gained more weight and fared better than those who were not.

Today was my first time I’ve had a massage here and let me tell you…it was AMAZING!! I left feeling less tense, relaxed, and stress free. I highly recommend Joni!!!! I will be going back and I’ll be getting a few Christmas gift cards for some of my family members!!!

The staff here went out of their way to be extraordinarily accommodating to our small party of four when others had brushed off our requests. They provided us many options to make my cousin’s bachelorette experience memorable and were so kind and courteous. The services were top-notch, with all of us walking away talking about how much better Mountain Massage and Day Spa was than our local comparable spa (with VERY reasonable prices!) Cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you again to Nikki and her amazing staff!
