The driver i had was awful. Everything for the most part was going just fine, until we actually ended up on my college campus. I was intended to reach my dorm at 4:35pm and did not reach there until about 7;00pm. A huge reason for the delay was due to the lack of competence on the part of the driver. He was about 4 minutes away from where he needed to be and asked for directions from the rest of passengers. What bus driver is not equipped with the directions of where they need to be. He somehow managed to make a 4 minute drive over 35 minutes. He spent most of the time backing up the bus and driving

I just paid $72.50 to take a 15 mile trip from Middleboro to W. Bridgewater. They sent a wheelchair van when all I needed was a car to get me to a doctor's appointment. The driver got me there in time but we drove a very roundabout route so I'm glad the trip was pre-booked but I don't know what I paid for. 15 miles within their service area should not have cost over $70.00 but when I called to check on this, I was told that a wheelchair van costs $60.00 + $6 for some other cost. That's $66.00 but the woman on the phone did not explain the additional cost, only cited the cost

I had 22 years in transportation business business 11 years dispatching. And scheduling! When Juan went out on disability. You and I had a private meeting an I respected you're needs. From day number 1 Kim Rego interfere from what you asked me to do! I did Daily inspection on back up busses in Mansfield I saw a low tire on bus #1022 gatra called Kim she told it would be 4 days to repair? Disappointed in the service . Visited the rental yard to look at limo buses and decide which one best fit our needs , picking up wedding party and guests after reception . Decided to rent the new black limo van , with leather seats and comfortable seating arrangement . The larger van we rented had plenty of extra room for bride in her dress and all the other wedding decorations we needed to take home . After reception we walk outside to find a small white van , cloth seats , lower seating capacity . It was the exact opposite of what we rented . While we were able to cram everything & everybody

Been using this service for the past 4 weeks to get from St. Elizabeths off site garage in Watertown, to the hospital in Brighton. Drivers take calls on cell phones, pay no attention to traffic rules, cut drivers off, this mornings driver got stopped by Boston PD for running red light, this afternoon's driver cut off a bunch of cars cutting across 3 lanes of traffic to make a left turn. Not all of their drivers are bad, some are actually courteous drivers.

I was driving like 15 minutes ago and whoever drove the van license plate number 102257 is a terrible driver. I was waiting at a red light with two lanes and he realized he was in the wrong lane so he backed up and moved to the right side. Rather than wait til the light changed because literally no one else could move (there was no room) he just kept honking his horn until people were forced to move. He almost hit my car. And he had the nerve to give me a dirty look. Whoever that guy is I hope he gets fired he cannot drive.

UPDATE: The owner of A&A metro reached out to me following my reviews. Tom was very concerned about the treatment my husband and I received from his staff. He not only gave me his personal cell phone number but also listened to my concern and assured me he and his team have already had meetings to see how an incident such as this could have been avoided in the future.

Unfortunately you get one star because yelp wouldn't let me post this review otherwise. This taxi service ( if that's even what you want to call it ) received 0 stars. If it was possible to give it a negative star, that's what I would give them. To start off, our driver tells us we have to pay 30 dollars because we are out of their "range" or "zone." Then he was late. Then the driver didn't have a GPS. So he didn't know where he was going or even the address of where we were going. After using my OWN phone to get us there.
