Everything was clean and staff was very friendly. Dj Chad on the other hand was out of place. After playing a few patriotic songs which we enjoyed. The comments after that were not well taken by my family. "If you don't like the U.S then get the F out of here" the crowd then started screaming "Trump, Trump,Trump". We never expected that. My family is Mexican-American and my daughter in law is Ecuadorian-American. It made us feel very unwanted. We were the only Hispanics family on the property. Spoiled the whole feeling of welcomed.

Great campground, enjoyed being close to the island. Only complaint would be the crowd of “regulars” as they can be loud and obnoxious throughout the night. I would recommend staying anywhere but close to the pool as this is where they like to congregate. I’m not against having a good time it’s just inappropriate for adults to use profanity where it can be heard throughout the campground and small children are witnessing this. We even had one of these regular members approach our site to discuss concerns about our child with special needs. She was obviously intoxicated and insinuated that

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sites were nice and clean. The only downfall is the pool caretaker. We showed up Sunday night and the pool was 80 degrees and it was 60 degrees outside. It was perfect. Then the next day the pool was freezing. Come to find out an old man that lives there controls everything about the pool and when he feels like cutting off the heater, he does just that. The pool never got warm the rest of the week. He would also just cut off the pool fountain sprinklers as well without warning. Otherwise a great week.

This was our first RV park experience on a cross country trip to CA and it totally spoiled us!!!! None of the other parks along the way compared (to our great disappointment). From check in to departure everything was so great at Bay Palms. The pool was fantastic (my kids insisted on swimming although there was a chill in the air), they also loved the playground, and our dog greatly appreciated both the dog park and the treats that were there for him. The laundromat was impeccably clean and we were so glad to have it. The pool house had a full kitchen (also impeccably clean), a fireplace, and even

When we arrived for our stay, the staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful to our needs. We thought the bath house and pool area was in amazing shape and we loved the atmosphere of the entire area. We will most definitely be back every time we go to Dauphin Island. My husband and I even said that we have finally found the perfect spot to stay. Will be telling all friends and family that have campers to be going to this resort. We love Bay Palms!!

Bay Palms is great! Super clean, friendly, and very respectful staff. This place is managed very well and all the folks that work there are always willing to offer a helping hand if you need anything. We are a family of 5 and the kids absolutely loved this place. We have found our new home away from home. Thank you for making our stay a great one.
