Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Lied about one of their company vehicles being on the freeway which was spewing rocks everywhere for a good 5-10 minutes, cracked my windshield, told me there is no proof of the person being there, and that they were going to do nothing about it. Too bad I have proof that refutes that.
