You are welcome to pick-up and return yourself at no charge. You will need a truck, SUV, van, or trailer in order to fit all the equipment. For rental by the hour, we give ample lee way for your time of travel each way. For all day rental, if available you can make arrangements to pick-up the night before or you can pick-up anytime the day of.

Unroll screen on a clean, smooth surface in the spot you want to setup, with the white screen facing up. If on a lawn, hammer in all 4 ground stakes into the ground in a diagonal direction from the corners of the screen about 15 feet away. Attach the air-blower to the inflation sleeve on the right side of the screen and tighten the pull strings over the yellow nozzle of the air-blower.
The Cinema Packages include everything you need to watch or stream a movie or video. The only thing you need to provide is the actual movie itself and the power source (one standard household outlet or generator). Can I pick up the equipment in a car OR what type of vehicle do I need to pickup the equipment?.

What a great place to work with. We rented a screen for an outdoor movie. The staff are super nice and very accommodating. The setup is well thought out and had everything we needed to get the show going. The only downside is the DVD player firmware needs to be updated, so you can't play new movies, but It turned out not to be a problem for us. We found a regular DVD. They have other great stuff for rent, like Popcorn Machines and Cotton Candy makers.

We rented equipment for our "Virtual Concert" where we showed the dances our students had been working on in the park. Canyon party rental had everything we needed to make it a special event for our students! We rented the 24 foot screen, popcorn machine, cotton candy machine and snow cone machine. We paid extra for set up and take down. They were on time and stayed to make sure everything worked ok. The machines were clean and pristine. They were great to work with and we will definitely use them again!

We rented the bubble balls and had a great time with them. The staff was very efficient, quick, helpful, and pleasant, and we were in and out in no time. The greatest help was that we were able to return the balls at our convenience which helped because of the tight schedule we had that weekend. I'm very pleased with this company.and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

We have used these guys for three events now and have been totally happy. Their prices are far better than the big rental companies. We have never experienced any problems with our rentals. We pick up and drop off ourselves and appreciate the time frame they give to have everything back, definitely more than fair. We will definitely be using them in the future.
