Call us first! Most insurance companies prefer that you begin cleanup and damage repair as soon as possible. The faster we get there, the less damage there will be. I was particularly impressed by Darren's ability to command a room and get people on board with ideas. Darren's ability to multitask was unlike anything I've seen before and made a dramatic difference in the production process. He has the experience to handle the toughest jobs. Darren is a detail orientated District Manager, He is customer service and quality service driven.

Lightning struck my house & caused a fire in late July and that was when I met Wilco Restoration for the first time. They are the most caring, compassionate, hard working people you will ever meet. Having this disaster happen to me, not knowing what to do at all, Wilco came in saved me from a complete meltdown. For the first 2 months, they busted their tails every single day getting my house ready for the rebuild process. I am truly thankful for all of them and now call them family. To Joe, Darren, Melanie, & of course James, thank you all so much!!

We had a mold issue in our bathroom and laundry room. I called Joe and he came right over to look at it. He had his team there the next morning. They were very professional and did a great job! I’d call them again and refer them to my friends. Great group to work with. They were there every step of the way. Made a bad situation better.
