Anderson Insulation was founded by Eric R. Anderson after returning home from World War II. After the war, insulation was being slowly introduced into the housing market, and Eric saw the great need for the use of insulation to offset the cost of electric heat. He started off with two trucks, a loading dock and a 2,000 square foot warehouse on Temple Street in Abington.
Today, the second generation of Andersons run Anderson Insulation and have grown the business into a multi-location company. They moved the company into a 40,000-square-foot facility on Brockton Avenue in Abington, and have opened a satellite warehouse in Saco, Maine. With a fleet of 30 trucks, Anderson Insulation can be at more than 60 building/remodeling projects on any given day.

Anderson Insulation were excellent both the appointment, but really more so the 2 installers were professional, extremely hard working, from explaining and answering the process and the final cleanup, they even stayed later than expected. We highly recommend Anderson Insulation and any all services they provide. Thanks so much!!! 💕🇺🇲👍👍👍👍👍

My gutter install failed the first time and the second time around it was corrected, but I needed to pay for it 2X because the wrong gutters were installed initially. Anderson didn't take any responsibility in the original quote being incorrect.
My mother also used them. She was specific about what she needed addressed with her gutter job. The problem was not fixed, and it's been about a year and the sales rep ignores us, and I keep leaving messages at the business and no one is calling back.
This has been a very unpleasant experience.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Great company and they understand insulation! Workers are professional and very detailed about the quality of their work; they understand spray foam and the importance of a quality installation. Very impressed with all levels of the company; from sales to installation.

I could not think LESS of Anderson Insulation after an experience on Route 3 in Massachusetts' South Shore this morning. Two of their employees driving a company-branded box truck were swerving in and out of traffic, cutting other drivers and myself off and putting HUNDREDS of lives at risk. After this behavior went on for more than a few miles, I finally got beside their truck to see what was going on. When I did, both the driver and passenger proceeded to yell and scream profanities at me and make obscene and offensive hand gestures towards me and my family. I couldn't believe what was happening

I have tried on 3 separate occasions to do business with Anderson Insulation. The first time they told me they were to busy to come out and that they cant take on new business. Then last year I called to have a wood stove installed and some insulation work, I waited half the day and they never showed up. You think I would have learned but I figured I would give them one more shot. I Just got off the phone with them and once again they are not taking on new business. I have never tried so hard to spend money.
Its great to be busy but if you know you are going to be busy around the same time every

This is an EXCELLENT company. I did an enormous amount of research and interviewed and priced out at least six other companies. Tony Trigler at Anderson came to the house on four separate occasions to review and price out our very complicated third floor insulation job using both iceynene and cellulose, not many companies do both. Our house is 100 years old and very drafty with a complicated roof line. Anderson sent two very professional crews in to to the job and were also meticulous in their clean up which was very important to me too. they were a pleasure to work with and their price was competitive
