Frustrated is an understatement at this point. Contracted in July 2021 for a Sep 2021 “install” and now we are still “waiting” on ALL drawer faces, cabinet doors, molding, hardware, crown molding. It’s been 6 months of “your items are on back order”, which they did not tell us about the back order until after they demolished our entire kitchen and bathroom, and me calling them to get updates. At this point I wish I could get my old cabinets back. I feel like I have been more than patient. I will update this review after my kitchen and bathroom are complete.

Stay far away from this company. We are remodeling our kitchen and paid them 50% in May to have our new cabinets installed with an install date slated for July. In August they demolished our old kitchen and did not show up to install our new cabinets until a month later. When they showed up they collected another 40% but did not bother to tell us that half the kitchen was on back order so when they finished for the day they had only installed the shell of our kitchen. We were later told the remainder of the kitchen was on back order with no delivery date in sight (all doors, trash/recycle insert

Artis had some excellent products and designs and the owner came by to work out a fantastic design for us and our new kitchen. Sadly the timing didn't work out for us, but I appreciate how he took an extensive amount of time and effort to get us the best deal and products for our budget.

First of all they required full payment up front before even doing the removal of the old cabinets. Big red flag. The upper cabinets were 3 inches higher than the old ones and was not disgusted with . Don't use this company if want good workmanship. They are liars.

Love our new kitchen! Our designer, Susan Saalsaa came up with the perfect layout and color choices for our kitchen remodel! Her suggestions were on point especially added touches like the "Cloud" for that corner where normally you would have to get on your hands & knees to dig things out of! And Kevin Rooney was our excellent installer. A true craftsman! Even our countertop installer was impressed with the cabinets! Made his job easier! I would highly recommend Artis for your kitchen remodel. Quality, top of the line products and service! Five stars but would give them ten if I could!⭐⭐⭐
