Dana has been practicing Pilates, yoga and martial arts for more than 20 years, is a comprehensively-trained Balanced Body Pilates instructor, and is is also a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) through the Pilates Method Alliance. Dana continues to pursue ongoing training in Pilates for various types of rehabilitation and special conditions, and enjoys teaching and using the CoreAlign with many of her clients.

About the best Pilates studio imaginable. Owner Jeanine is incredibly educated and observant about how my body is reacting to her directions. She adapts routines to suit students individually. Great directions. Good workouts. No injuries. The staff genuinely cares. I'm in my 70s and getting stronger and more flexible in their care.
