Such a beautiful property! The restaurant was amazing. I had a flight of their wines and the cheese board.
There is a petting zoo with mini ponys and a pond stocked with vocal and opinionated ducks.
There will be a spa soon staff has stated and I shall be back, no doubt!

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary (Jan. 2022) at the winery, by spending the night and having dinner. Upon arrival, we were greeted with exceptional customer service. We arrived in time for happy hour and Stephanie the bartender was so friendly and truly made the best drinks ever. Love their distillery liquors... a must try. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Dinner was fabulous and customer service again exceptional by Logan. It felt more like we were having dinner with our large family. A shout out to Tim, he was so helpful with anything we needed or questions we had. The

Very nice place. Peaceful, charming, and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing I'd add to the room is a few throw rugs to make it a little more cozy. I couldn't get the TV to go on basic TV watching. But that was ok. I would highly recommend this place to other. Very romantic for couples it being small cottages makes it a major plus in my book... Will stay again in future. LORI BLAND FROM CALIFORNIA...

It's time to gossip, because this is one of North Carolina's best kept secrets. This place has it all! From cozy and beautifully decorated cottages, to very attentive and courteous staff. Plus great food and wine tasting that will awaken all your senses. Take in the scenery and enjoy unique art fit for a museum. You can't ask for more, but wait... there's more! You can't forget about the sweet and so very soft miniature horses! I highly recommend leaving the big city and coming to Cape Fear Vineyard and Winery to relax and enjoy everything this place has to offer.

Cape Fear Winery was awesome. The wine was really good... surprisingly for NC wine...definitely stands out and would keep in my collection.... and the food was delicious. In addition, Sadie stole the show showing us around to all the beautiful artwork, cool overnight cabins, the sweet little mini zoo, beautiful gardens, and ended the tour with wine at the firepit. We came for a birthday celebration and had such a fun time. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our third time at the restaurant and not the best by far. My wife took me for my birthday on Sunday along with 4 others. We got there when they opened at 12 Noon and asked it we could sit outside. All the tables that are usually under the porch area were out in the sun. We asked if we could move one in under the shaded area and were told we could not because there was no one there that could move it, so we moved inside the restaurant. We then tried to order drinks and were told that they are out of a lot of beers and some wines. We ordered what they had and when my wife's came it was 1

As I write this review, I sit here on my second visit. It's been only 3 days since my 1st time at the cape fear winery 🍷 , and I am back. I think that sums it up, but not going into detail would be wrong. We had an amazing experience on Sunday. The environment was welcoming, the food was delicious and presentation was on point, but the real highlight of our experience was Mrs. Sadie!!! If you want the best hospitality,  ask for her upon seating. She is bubbly, informative, and her vibe makes you want to come back, and that's is why we are back!

Went with my husband, dad-in-law, and grandpa. Grandpa didn't completely like how their grits were cooked (clumpy and a little dry) but the waitress told us that it's the type of grits they use, not how it was cooked. Dad-in-law had the Salmon with a side of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I enjoyed my BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. Husband said that although their Cheesy Garlic Shrimp Pasta didn't taste garlicky at all, he enjoyed the cheese sauce and the protein in it (he ultimately called it "mac and cheese'" lol).

Beautiful place, but if u want wings and a sandwich expect a 2 hour waiting period and get ur drinks at the bar yourself because the waiters will not keep the drinks coming (including a cup of water). The was for a party of 5, they had no communication with the bartender when we asked him about the drinks one hour later from the first round he said he wasn't told no such thing and refilled us in less than a minute (the bar was on point even though it was full) but the restaurant dining can't keep up with the orders even though the menu is fairly simple.
Got seated at 12:40, food arrived at 2:20pm
