This place is not legit. SCAM.....FRAUD! Had to drive to their location since no one would answer the phone and the building looks condemned. Receptionist was awful rude disrespectful condescending and unsensitive. Told her I had a newborn in the house with a broken heater and she said they would get to me next week maybe! Told her I ahd no family here since I from out of town she said I suggest you find somewhere else to go! And that was the emergency line! Only went through them due to my insurance AHS! Do not trust them! I wouldn't give them my business if it was free!

Got assigned Comfy Kozy for a preseason heating check through AHS. JP came out and thankfully found that my boiler was leaking CO. Got me a brand new boiler. He was very patient throughout the whole process as it took him a long time to get everything done. No fault of his own, the system was 60 years old. Will look to hire when my AC inevitably breaks.
