This was my son’s first time seeing an orthodontist. We had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in all the way to end of the consultation. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the sweet ladies at the front desk, checked in, and seen very shortly after our arrival. The entire staff was super nice and helpful and made the entire process super comforting for my 8yr old. The financial coordinator (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) was super sweet with my son and talked to him like a friend. The orthodontist was very thorough explaining the X-rays and displayed great

An absolute AMAZING experience!! From the phone conversation to walking in through the door, the staff (to include the ladies at the front desk) assisted me with such pleasant, professional and kind matters. We all go through rough times, but personalities like this are needed in many other customer service environment.
