Services
Please bring your insurance cards and medication list. Take the prescribed pain medication as directed, every 4-6 hours for the first 48 hours following surgery. After 48 hours, take the medication only as needed for pain control. Apply an ice pack to the back of the knee of the operated foot 20 minutes, three times a day for the first week.
You might think of your shoes as just another part of your wardrobe. However, your shoes are an important part to the health of your feet. By selecting a shoe that is well constructed and properly sized for your feet, you can help improve your overall foot health. Although you might not think about it, your shoes are made up of various components.
Foot deformities can be present at birth or can be acquired as you age. In either case, if you have a foot deformity, finding comfortable footwear can be difficult. However, there are options available. Custom-made shoes can be tailored to your specific foot deformity to help reduce pain and prevent injury.
When you suffer from a foot deformity, it can be difficult to walk in shoes. Most shoes are not designed to accommodate bunions, hammertoes, diabetic feet, and arthritic feet. In some cases, shoes can be modified to relieve pressure on the feet and absorb shock. When deformities become severe, the best way to relieve pain is to invest in a pair of custom-made shoes.
Proper footwear is crucial to avoiding injury during aerobic training. Aerobic shoes should provide cushioning, shock absorption, and forefoot stability. They should also have plenty of room in the toe box to prevent irritation and bruising of toenails. Finding a good aerobic shoe is simple once you know what to look for.

Dr. Solomon was absolutely great. I had a small procedure done on a Monday, and was back to my regular routine on Tuesday. Very professional and friendly.
