I switched a well known insurance company to support not just a black business but a former co worker, I've had nothing but issues with "The Reed Agency". Each time I called there was a different employee who didnt seem to have a clue, always wanting to take a message and get back with you, if they did get back with you which I can only recall once they still didnt have the answer to your question. The service became so bad we hadswitch to a different company and pay less for more coverage......smh.

I've had nothing but a great experience since day 1. I called about a quote and she got back with me immediately. Ms. Reed walked me through the entire process while offering various coverages to fit both my needs, and my budget.
