This company is very unprofessional. I had to beg for the invoice they sent to AHS. My claim was denied for a $365 part because they wanted to upgrade my system without my knowledge. The part is only $365 (which the company would not reveal.) and Airtronics want me to pay out of pocket $1420 to upgrade my system, if not, they will not do the work. They are a scam and they are not customer oriented! It is all about the mighty dollar!
DO NOT USE THEM!!! Especially if you have a Home warranty.
