There is no other place for life insurance. Your search for a great, trustworthy, and honest Angent/Agency stops here. The Agent John Manser was patient and informative, and even threw me a State Farm water bottle after I had made a joke about State Farm novelties. He was great, the office was great, and even the Secretary Alexandria Dennie was great. She was a fresh breath of air. Choose this agency, you will not regret it!

I have been with State Farm for over 30 years. Never have I had such a horrible experience. Was promised help by Nick, he dropped the ball, which resulted in an issue with my policy. I then talked to Rick who then proceeded to scream at me. He berated me, yelling at me,shouting that he that did not care if I had all of the emails and texts between myself and Nick to show this was his fault. He continually interrupted by screaming so I could not speak. He would not let me get a word in, I had to shout to be heard. He was extremely volatile. Overall, Statefarm is a good company, but.....
Do not use this agency!
Besides a couple years, I've been with them since I've had insurance, 20-25 years.
Last month, there was an "additional" charge to my account, with no explanation. I contacted the agency, and all they were concerned about was whether the numbers were right.
By no means was I a saint on the call, but the rep became increasingly combative, condensending, and no one could tell me where and how this additional fee came from.
Asked to be transferred, and spoke to their office manager, Rick. He was immediately combative. Interrupting

Will worked directly with my mortgage broker sending them all of my policy and underwriting information quickly so I could close on my first home, saving me one (possibly more) of the many trips I did have to take to the mortgage office. He tackled the competitions prices just like he tackles the other team's quarterback on Saturday! Will explained each facet of my policy thoroughly and showed how other carriers where trying to charge me for things I would not need. I never worry about my house burning down because if it did Will would have a check to rebuild the next day! State Farm as a carrier
